INNER THIGH LIFT(MEDIAL THIGHPLASTY)
Excess skin of the thighs--usually in the upper, inner regions, can be removed by a combination of liposuction (if there is any excess fat) and skin reductive surgery. The more common and typical skin excision is a "crescent moon"-shaped pattern, with the final scar tucked well up into the groin crease, where the thigh joins the torso. Some patients, though, who have more severe thigh skin issues, may require an additional removal of skin, which can leave vertical scars partway down the inner thighs. While it is true that some scarring may be visible in certain clothing and positions, the overall improvement and beautification of the thigh
contours created by a thigh lift procedure is quite something to appreciate.
