MEET BOARD-CERTIFIED COSMETIC SURGEON, DR. WILLIAM E. SHUELL

Dr. Shuell is one of very few surgeons in the United States who is Board-Certified in both Cosmetic Surgery and Obstetrics & Gynecology. A unique pairing of specialties, each field is complementary to the other. Intimate knowledge of, and long experience with, the pregnant female, affords the OB/GYN with a special, first-hand understanding of the powerful changes acting upon a woman's body from conception through delivery and recovery.

A new dedication began over twelve years ago, as Dr. Shuell began his training in cosmetic surgery. He enhanced his education by seeking out some of the innovators of cosmetic surgical principles and procedures, learning the fundamentals of cosmetic surgery in their operating rooms. Dr. Shuell completed a twelve month, intensive Fellowship in cosmetic surgery, and he remains current by membership in specialty societies and participation in local and national meetings. Dr. Shuell also travels to the offices and surgicenters of recognized leaders in Cosmetic Surgery, learning new techniques and refining his skills, all the while adding depth to the single most important aspect of a surgeon's abilities: knowing what to do and when to do it!
